Explanation of our price list

• Single room booking is unfortunately not possible.

• Sölden has a lot to offer during all seasons – that is the reason why most of our guests stay at least one week. Our prices are based according to that. If you only have time for a short visit (less than 3 days) then please add on 10 % surcharge per day.

• Please understand that we can only accept bookings for less than three days at short notice.

• Children are warmly welcomed! Our holiday houses however, have been calculated with a fixed price so discounts cannot be granted.

• You foresee that you will arrive after 7 pm? Then kindly let us know, so that we can also warmly welcome you then.
• For the good of all our guests, pets are not allowed.
• Please pay in cash or via bank transfer, as we are not connected to a credit card system. You cannot pay by EC card or credit card.

• To secure a booking a deposit is necessary. This amounts to 30% of the booking arrangement per apartment and week.
